I feel so powerless now. It's like the feeling where you know you don't have power at all even with whatever ego and power you have everything seems futile. A young brother told me not to be sad of dunya. If we are pious enough, insya Allah everything we get is a blessing to us despite of how bitter it is, and despite of how bad it works. Our lives have been preordained, and only with great faith and supplications that could suffice our trust in Him. A pious man will never assume anything that happens as what he wishes but to see it as what Allah has ordered. A child that is born is said to be the cause of Allah and not the parents. It's miraculous to see how Allah has planned to give us his blessings. Allah has said "Verily, when He intends a thing, His command is "Be" and it is!" [36:82]. Hence no matter how determined you are to challenge this predestination with your physical power, if Allah has planned to give you rezeki it will just come in whatever ways you could never imagine.
